Achieving Excellence Is Never A Quick Fix, BUT IT IS ACHIEVABLE!

Management is about making decisions, the better the decision, the better the outcome. It sounds too simple, doesn't it? Decades ago, as a young businessman, wanting to make good decisions, I listened to my mentors who stated that there are some core focuses that every manager, who wanted to excel, must pursue.

Since then, the one certain factor that I have confirmed exists in every highly successful organisation, is their purpose-driven approach. It is their Why umbrella! The cornerstone of everything else. Next, their people provide their What element; whatever is needed to be done, is executed and managed by people (yes, even if through robotics). That left their How factor; the how everything is done, which I recognise as the Processes umbrella.

When it comes to organisational success, these three umbrella elements of Purpose, People, and Processes are the primary (core) elements.

A worthy & defined Purpose delivered by truly valued People utilising highly developed Processes = organisational success!

And these core elements are the beginning of The P9 Management Model, which I created, developed, and refined to accelerate the time it takes for a good and determined manager to become exceptional.
